Richmond Camping

Hi,

New here. We are going to be going to VA for the Crown Royal 400 this year and were wondering if there is camping available at or near the track. We are in a self contained truck camper so hookups are not needed. Any info would be appreciated. We have camped Dover, DE many times and was hoping there would be a similar setup in VA.

Several locations to try, Azeala Flea Market was a first come place. You can look at the homes around the track and a lot of people will let you park in there yard. The track is alway sold out it seems. I saw a lot of people bring there camper to the track early early in the morning and just park in the day lots. They have to leave after the races but they had a better spot than I did.
Google the flea market in Richmond and you should find there site.
