Fellow Campers, we need your pictures and stories!!!!!

Posting them on flick and other sites is great but people here can never see them unless they are here that day and see what you posted.

If you send them in to Rosie our webmistress, she will post them on our website so the world can see them 24/7.

I know it is some extra work, but your efforts in the end make it better for everyone else out there looking for this information.:mrgreen:

I have tried to e-mail photos but the e-mail is unable to deliver. Is there a rule of thumb on how many photos you should attach perhaps I am attaching to many?

send them as small as possible, try just 3 at a time, the email is on the website front page, sometimes the email servers will boot it back when it is to large, try a few and see how it works out.

what would be great, is if each member maybe had their own page on our website within the track of question, lets say ron goes to dover, and has 30 pictures and a whole lot of text, tips and tricks while at the track, ron could have his own mini website so to speak on our main site:mrgreen:

I like that idea. I am doing 20 lap drive at Dover, could have write up on that, camping, track info, etc. etc. I could do Lowes Motor speedway also. I have tons of pics and info to share, camping, toured race shops in 2006 and 2007. I will start putting it together and send you a rough draft. :rolleyes:

I have tons of pictures posted on my myspace page. I could burn them to CD's and send them via snail mail would be the easiest. Too many photos to choose from. Rosie could use what she wants from there. It's funny I have had some great opportunities to meet many of the drivers and crew's and such, but when you are right in the middle of it all, you fail to take many pictures! It's irritating at times to think that, wow I was right there and didn't even take a picture. How simple is that!

Iceman, that is for the sure the shortest hunt I have heard of, but heck more time to socialize right!

Sounds like a big one for surte, where where you hunting again?

If you have some pictures that would be great if you could burn them to disk, any pictures of Jeff Green and the gang together?

If you could do a short little bit for each picture, describe the shot etc...

also if you could set the story up, ex ( Moose hunting with Jeff Green,....)

This could then be a feature story for our website :)

It surely was over as soon as it began as far as the hunt goes. I have worked on a story for local papers and Maine hunting news magazines and such. But I will put together something for the site too. I have some pics of Jeff with my dad and I, as well as Jeff and Jack (his motorcoach driver, now Zippy's) I too have some pics of him at the local taxidermist shop that were taken by a friend of mine. It was a great thing for the local area to get the chance to host him. Many folks got a chance to get pictures and autographs and such, Jeff is truly a down to earth guy, and I am honored to call him a friend. He wants to come back hunting again soon.

Maybe it's just me, but your dogs seem to be a lot more excited to be in the 11 picture than they do in the 18! ;-) Great flag setup BTW.
