Racemommy, I know right where you are at in Aubrey. I used to do pickups at the Point Bank there at Aubrey. Nice little town. Horse Country.
Ok, so hear I go...
I was born in Wylie, Tx when it was a little town. (a long time ago) Lived in Garland until I was 12 then my father moved us the Savoy,Tx. Where I finish school. I got Married and I have a Daughter and 2 grandson and soon to have 3 grandaughter on April 14. So, we will not be going out to TMS this year to watch the race. But, we may go out there on Thursday or Friday. Anyway, we moved to Ladonia, Tx about 3 years ago. So that the Boys could have a place to play. (50 acres) My Favorite Driver is David Starr No If And Or But's about it. I have my own Myspace site that I run. It is http://www.myspace.com/mydriver . If you have an myspace please add me. Anyway that me anything else please ask.
We are planing some trips this year to Charlotte, Texas x2 and Gateway maybe.
We dont do the Camping thing at the track but, would love to someday. We have friends that camp at Texas in the Infield.

I am not actually "in" Aubrey, but right off of Hwy. 380. Aubrey is just for mail purposes I think.

I have lived in Oklahoma my whole life...too many years! I haved jumped all around the OKC area including Edmond, Mustang, Northside OKC, Southside OKC, and now reside in Norman just 1/2 mile down the road from Thunderbird State Park. We have a three bedroom house, 12 acres, 2 barns, and what we call a slaughter house. You can see the lake from the front yard!!! We have been here for over two years now and hope for many more!
PS. Hey bigolepig back when I was in High School a friend of mine had and aunt that owned property at Possum Kingdom. Boy did we tie some on at that place....ever heard of it?

Hey, Beerlifter, Here is what I see from my front porch.

When we found this house No one had lived here for about 10 years. So, one of the first things that we did was start mowing. And look what we found. The place is still a work inprogress. But, we will get there.

That is awesome. To me yard work is always work in progress. I just got home from work and spent 2 1/2 hours mowing and still have half of what we mow left (that's not counting the other 7 acres we brush hog!) Luckily we only brushhog once or twice a year. We let the neighbor run his cattle on the back 7 so that help keep it down. It always seems like some thing needs cut, trimmed, removed or drug off!
Still love it and wouldn't sell it for the world ( well maybe!)
This is out my front door and to the west....2miles to the east is thunderbird state park.

I love the views!
I had to travel quite a ways to live in the great state of Texas!! Born and lived in England until 1991, moved to Houston in January of 91 and moved out to Magnolia in 2001. Hubby was born and raised in Lake Arthur, Louisiana, graduated from Lafayette High, moved to Bakersfield, CA and then moved to Houston in 1996. We met in 1998!
I stil have a bit of an accent - which definitely gets stronger as my elbow bends to lift beverages!

I'm from Tallahassee, Florida. I Just joined and I'm looking forward to talking about the races with other true NASCAR fans. I have so far gone to races at 3 different tracks (Daytona, Atlanta, and Homestead). I have also been a Jeff Gordon fan since he was still running busch races.

Redfrog, you should take a picture of it and then you could use it as your Signature like Melissa has done with the cutie pig. I found that one when the yellowtoad joined a MB that I was an Mob at. If you need any help with an Signature please let me know.

Shirly I may need your help doing the avatar. I'm a computer dummy. I though I had a pic of my camping redfrog in the computer already, but I can't find it. I can always just put him out in the front yard and take his picture.
