We always stay at the Army Corp of Engineers campgrounds. Here is a link that I use, we usually try to stay at Seven Points or Poole Knobs.

Sorry the link doesn't come up with the Tennessee campgrounds?? Put Tennessee, near Nashville in the search parameters and they will come up.
