:? We have a 2003 Jayco Designer, 30' fifth wheel. We have pulled it about 10,000 miles. Should we be thinking about repacking the wheel bearing soon? I have no idea how long most people go on this. Also, with a unit of this age ,what other maintainence things should we be doing?? Thanks :D

the wheels should be pulled to repack the bearings i recommend that this be done once a year.
when the wheels are off its a great time to check the wear on the tread to see if the wheels are tracking correctly then when the hubs are off check for wear on the brakes, magnets, hub lining, bearings and races if all looks normal repack with new grease and reassemble.
things to look for are cracks in the brake shoes, blue marks on the bearings or races, broken wires to the magnets, grease that has made it past the hub seal into the braking surface all these are things that would have to be replaced or repaired before reassembly.
