This is our 1st infield stay and we are in the red zone lot 367 and we were wondering how strict the rules are regarding sleeping tents and the rules in general. Anyone know how our view of the track will be? How is our area in regards to partying?

If you watch from your roof you should be able to pick them up coming down the back stretch at about the Tylenol sign, and all the way to 3 and exiting 4.

Dont know bout the party down there but 3 and 4 is CRAZY!!!!

Oh,, tents are a no-no, but here is a piece of advice, dont put it up right away especially if you are in site of eyes, if security sees it, they might ask for it to come down.

try to hide it behind your bus, rig a tarp up to or something so it does not look like a tent.

Get there as soon as you can the day and time allowed, as you will be battling hundreds of other rigs doing the same thing.

If you can get in at 10 get there for 9 and line up, they will most likely wave you in.

I remember from memory that there where some long lines in the afternoon.

We will not be arriving to late Saturday afternoon. Are we going to have a terrible time parking?

This is a busy area right on the main drag coming into the infield. You will see lots of action from the goings on and such.

Lots of traffic here.

As far as seeing the cars, you will be able to see them from the top of your coach coming into 1, through 2 and you might be able to get a bit of them going down the back stretch.

You can also watch them from the railing at Lake Lloyd, and also walk over to turn 2 from where you are and watch from the emergency access area right up beside the fence, that is pretty cool, EXTREMELY LOUD, and nice and close.:)

The good thing is that you will be near 2 showers, and also a snack bar
