Not good.

Paypal does cover the buyer/seller well though... is he/she verified with Paypal?

If I ask a seller to end an auction early for a higher price, I make sure I'm the current high bidder - then have the seller end the auction with the 'agreeing to sell at the current price' reason - then during Paypal payment I add the remaining monies owed to the seller.

That way we have both a legitimate ebay sale and Paypal transaction.

Perhaps you can get more info about the seller from Paypal.... feedback ratings, verified/unverified, ect..

Unless someone can tell with certainty they are legit, be carfull. I have gone to almost all the different races in Daytona, Rolex, 500, 400 for 5yrs and stayed in general admission, yellow, red and now the new West Horseshoe and have never seen passes like that.
