How to enable fancy posting options

Chris was mentioning that when some of you post messages, you can only do so through a basic interface that lets you post only text, and doesn't have buttons that let you post pictures, videos, etc. If this applies to you, please check out the tutorial I just put together on how to enable the fancier message editor:
