Hoping someone has a suggestion before we have to return the Fuzion to the dealer... The inline fuse for the front stabelizer jacks keeps blowing. We went through 3 fuses in 30 minutes trying to raise the front end after a huge rain storm. We've only had the trailer since the first week in January, so it's covered by warranty, just a pain in the butt to get there.

The tech may have the answer, but in the meantime Scott says: Check the wiring from the switch to the motor and make sure that there's no exposed wiring that's shorting itself out. If you can't find anything there then maybe there's a problem with the motor itself pulling too many amps.
Good luck. Seems like there's always something that goes within the first few months. Our fridge went out and we had to take it back in, but since then it's all been stuff fairly minor that we could fix ourselves.

first check all the wiring to the switch, battery, and motor there may be a bad crimp or loose connection this will cause the fuse to blow or the wire is not the right size see if all the wiring is the same gauge should be 10 or 12 gauge and the fuse should be a minimum of 30 amp but i have seen some at 40 amp the only way to see if the motor is defective is to run it directly off the battery and see how many amps it pulls if its over the rated fuse then get them to replace the motor just don`t let them put a larger fuse in there without checking why it blows hopefully the dealer will do this correctly at least you know what they should do

Thanks so much. Johnny had a bumper pull for year, but this one has lots more "bells and whistles" so it really helps to know what to watch for when we take it in for repairs.
Now back to the beach ;)
