Just to quickly let everyone know, if you are heading to the race at Atlanta, the old KOA south of Atlanta is now called Atlanta South RV Resort and is on I-75 at exit 222.

Dave who runs the place is the ex-chief test pilot of Lancair, the prettiest and sleekest looking single engine airplane ever.

This place is also a great place to stop if you are heading south to Florida or heading home back up north.

We where there when they where cutting down trees to open up the park and let more sunshine in. :o

Dave was also adding in new storage sites down below, which also makes it a good place to store your rig and head home via plane from Atlanta if you need to.

A great place to eat is " up the creek" restaurant ( fish), just down I-75, its the same exit as the Cracker Barrell restaurant.

There is also lots of shopping, Bed Bath and Beyond is there, ( I even went in, man lots of junk, the women can stay in there for hours..)

I also have lots of pictures of Atlanta that will be on our website shortly.
