Thanks....JedI USE "MEAN GREEN" , YOU CAN GET IT AT FAMILY DOLLAR FOR $5.50 A GAL. I USE THIS FOR AUTO DETAILING - ENGINES, TIRES, SHAMPOO INTERIOR TOO. YOU HAVE TO CUT IT AT LEAST IN HALF WITH WATER IF YOU PUT IT IN A BOTTLE TO SPRAY, BUT YOU CAN DUMP IT IN A BUCKET SO YOU CAN USE A WASH BRUSH.

A cup of floor striper dilluted with water. That is what the body shop used when i had some work done. the spot they cleaned on the fiberglass looked like it just came from the dealer whiter than white. No it will not hurt the finish as long as you only use a cup full and dillute it with water.

This is right my alley! I know its a little late but for anyone else who reads this it will definatl help. There are a few things we use but you have to be careful!!!!

Cleaning black streaks off a metel camper is not like cleaning them off a fiberglass one. Do you rember when your camper was newer and the blackstreaks came right off? Well thats because the black streaks were on the top coat of wax.

When you wash a camper you are wearing down the wax every time. You start to notice that the black streaks aren't coming off so easily after a while. Well its time for a wax, and a good one. The better the wax the longer it will last.

I will write a new thread on this.
