Outside Maintance

Hi I have a quick question for you. Around the outside of my camper anywhere there seams such as where the cable tv cord plugs in or the outside panel for the ref. I have discolored calk around them. I was going to use a sicoline base calk and redo them but what would your recomend for getting the old stuff off. The camper is only 3 years old and it look brand new except for this. Thanks for your help in advanced!l

the best thing to use is bleach based cleaner the same stuff you use in the bathroom apply it with one of those sponges that has a scrub pad on one side that will clean up the discoloration and more than likely will not need to be resiliconed but if it does than just go over the old with a new skim coat
