So the beginning of the summer I needed help getting our power awning back in to get it to the dealer to get fixed.
Thanks to ya'll we got it rolled up and to the dealer. They replaced the motor.
Unfortunately, we're getting really good at rolling it in manually, securing it and returning to the dealer to get it fixed again. We've been through 2 more motors since June. And now it's broke again. This time not only will the motor not roll it in, but the awning also coming off the arm.
Does anyone have any ideas for dealing with a part that seems to be a lemon? We love the rest of our Fuzion, but the awning sucks! It's a Dometic if that helps.
