ATTENTION: TMS Campground Customer!

As a valued camping customer of Texas Motor Speedway we wanted you to have the first opportunity in our new premier campground, Burn Out Alley. From December 1 through December 10 you will have first priority to secure one of a limited number of spaces. See the information below for details on the newest campground area at Texas Motor Speedway and please contact (817) 215-8518 for more information or to secure your space today.

2009 Burn Out Alley Rules & Regulations:


Please dial (817) 317-5502 for any police, fire or ambulance needs that arise during your stay at Texas Motor Speedway. This number is only intended for emergencies requiring assistance from the services listed above. For any non-emergency campground issues please go to the Burn Out Alley concierge.
Only Appropriate RV’s are to be parked within this area. NO BOX TRUCKS. Texas Motor Speedway reserves the right to approve any vehicles wishing to park within Burn Out Alley.
Access granted is to Burn Out Alley area only. No access is granted to frontstretch concourse area at any time. PERSONS FOUND WITHIN GRANDSTAND AREA AFTER HOURS WILL BE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY AND NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN.
There will be designated load-in times for RV’s. All RV’s must be parked within Burn Out Alley during these times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
One personal vehicle will be allowed access within your assigned space. No vehicle traffic will be allowed between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
Absolutely no vehicle traffic (personal vehicle or motorhome) will be allowed starting 12:00AM on Sprint Cup race days until two hours after the checkered flag of the Sprint Cup race.
Additional assigned parking will be provided for 3 vehicles per space in parking lots between Gates 9 and 11.
No Generators Allowed.
No flag poles Allowed.
Nothing can exceed 13’ 6” in height within the assigned space.
Nothing within assigned space can block the sightlines of other spaces.
No persons may be on top of the RV’s within Burn Out Alley.
No scaffolding of any type.
No outside catering allowed on Speedway property. All catering must be coordinated through Levy Restaurants Sports & Entertainment (817) 215-8437.
No non-Texas Motor Speedway advertising will be permitted in any of the camping areas or Speedway grounds.
Open flame or open pit campfires are prohibited anywhere on Speedway property. Charcoal and gas grills are allowed in Burn Out Alley except during race practice sessions or during a race. All BBQ grills must be at least 10 feet away from combustibles – cars, campers, tents, awnings, etc.
No storage of gasoline.
All pets on Speedway property must be kept on a leash while outside personal vehicle. For the comfort of others visiting our property – please clean up after your pet.
No ATV’s or personal golf carts will be allowed in Burn Out Alley. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No Swimming Pools or Hot Tubs allowed.
No Stages, Stage Lights, Live Bands or Live DJ’s
All persons must conduct themselves with due regard for their health and safety, and that of fellow campers, and obey all laws. TMS is not liable for actions which endanger your safety or others. Watch your property, TMS is not liable for lost or stolen items.
NO lewd conduct will be allowed on Speedway property.
A noise curfew of 1 a.m. will be enforced in ALL campgrounds.

Warning: Carbon Monoxide Poisoning is possible with camping equipment.

It appears to me they are getting rid of the upper part of the back stretch grandstands to accomodate this...which is NO great loss, as those seats are terrible (they have no back and jammed in like sardines)

Come on Mellisa. Let's get your family, my family, and "The Carnies" to pony up and share a "burnout pad". Ok I promise we will keep the carnies pig on a leash like the regs say we must.

Well...I figure we can charge admission to watch them and it will offset the cost of the spot. Would that make us carnies by proxy then?? :shock: I could see Eddie Gossage re-writing the rules for the 2010 season.

Can you believe they don't allow flag poles...sheeeesh 15k and you can't even fly a rookies tailgate flag!!:neutral:

I will stay right where I am at!!! I got a spot just down the road from Pig. The Party will be at my camp next year group.

The sewer must be the "24 hour restroom access" Its a foot sewer line.
