Roll call Daytona 2009, who is where

OK folks, roll call time. As it gets closer we can PM phone numbers if needed. Might try and put together something for Wed Nite at my site, burgers, dogs etc. Will keep all posted.
I will be pulling in on Sunday Feb 8 and there till Monday after the 500. In West Lot #381, right by the compound for the fire trucks and such.

Melissa can you make this a sticky so it stays at top?

We will be getting there Friday, the 6th ... Will be in the infield for Saturday and Sunday morning then Sunday and Monday night at the Speedway KOA. Will pull back in to the infield on Tuesday (West Horseshoe). Is it time to go yet? Our football team is out of the picture and there is nothing else to keep us entertained. :cry:

me and shirley will be there!! we will come in on wednesday afternoon around 4ish. we got a room at the la quinta so to save gas pulling the pup down...and i got the rooms with points so that part is free!!!...

I dont know about Judy but I'm not "RUNNING" anywhere. If we can do a "little" walking ok. But Running not me.
I am half way ready to go. I am still trying to figure out how to get my RV into a suitcase. Do we have a headcount on how many are going yet.

Not an "official count" think best thing to do is post a list here, most likley the weekend before the Bud Shootout, evryone thats going should have it final by then. I'll go ahead and post a new thread that weekend to try and get evryone down. I too am very excited, can't wait to see old and new friends and some awesome racing!!!!!!!!

That's cool will you have the nascarcamping flag flying. If so I will look for you, we wont get there until the 13th though:confused:. That campground gets pretty wild at night with the bon fire and karaoke.

Nope, we don't have one of the flags. We will actually grab a hotel on Fri night and head to the campground on Sat am. We normally hang out Sat pm down at the Ocean Deck on the shore. Lots of fun. Do you have one of the flags?

I wish I was driving that truck.. That would be awsome.. We are going to be in a tent. I will more than likely have a 44 UPS jacket on. Might be easy to spot since he retired (not alot of people will still be showing 44 support anymore). How bout you do you have a spot reserved yet. RV, Tent ect etc.

No spot yet, we will roll in and head out somewhere into the field. Probably be driving a White Denali XL, w/ NC plates. Most likely have an easy-up and a couple tents. I will probably have a JR hat on so that should be easy to spot. LOL

Only way you can get a flag at Daytona is to PM me your cell phone number. I will be bringing a few over with me. $35.00 each on delivery. Once I get your cell phone I will call you and set up a place to meet somewhere around the track. 14 days to go can't wait

Check out my little car. It just keeps getting closer and closer to Daytona. Judy and I will be living out Sunday. She has to make a business stop in Temple, Tx on Monday and Tuesday then we will be Daytona Bound.

Orange reserved #43 (I believe), and I'm working on a Red Reserved spot also.

The camping spot will be getting my white '93 4door Bronco and enclosed cargo trailer, we're still working on an RV/travel trailer for Red Reserved............

Now I"ve gotta go through this thread and check on y'alls wheresabouts!
