inverter on the fritz!!!

Hi mister tech guy!My Xantrex Freedom 20 inverter is on the fritz.I can use the inverter but I can't charge my batteries.The batteries seem fine at 12.54 volts.I've hard diconnected the inverter,no luck.Should I just bite the bullit and replace it?Thanks for any info you might have. Kelly

when you did the hard reset was the coach unplugged? if not redo the reset and if it still does not work (charging) then there is an issue with the charge board inside the inverter which can be replaced the hard part is finding a place that will do it. if you call xantrex they will give you a list of companies that do repairs for them
