No trackside camping there. Plenty of campgrounds just outside the city though. We used to camp at the KOA near Valleyfield and take the commuter train into the city for the F1 race.

I got me 5 tickets, problem is I could only get them in the #1 or #2 stands. I missed my chance to reserve last years tix in Stand 11 and there are no more tix pairs available in those last mentioned stands......Be quick if you want to go.

As for camping, yes there are plenty of campgrounds arround Montreal but to be honest, get a hotel room in one of the outskirt cities, it'll be cheaper and you'll have access to the subway that takes you right to the track.

Holliday in in Laval is a great place, nice and clean!

When we travelled up for the first Napa 200, we stayed at Camping Alouette. Right of the highway if your coming from the east, AWESOME staff, RV repair guy lives on site all summer long, beer available at the canteen, and they have a pool. They ran a shuttle into the metro subway station both days for a few bucks. Can't say enough about the facility and the staff, simply great.
