Say this somewhere else a year or so back and thought I should share with you all.
PLEASE ADD YOUR SUGGESTIONS:D
1. If you have children please don't be constantly hushing them up and telling them to quiet down...I'd honestly rather listen to kids enjoying the great outdoors, laughing, playing and all that childhood innocence has to offer
2. If my campsite offers a shortcut to whatever is important to you or your kids..please feel free...I mean as long as you don't mess with my stuff....I'm doing someone a favour and favours are good things
3. If your dog excuses 'themselves' and your not prepared well you can come back and clean it up(that would be really nice) but if not well it won't be the first or last time I've either stepped in it or had to clean up after someone else (dog or otherwise)....so I'll just let it slide
4. If you enjoy music please do so....If I don't enjoy your music and I can hear it well I will just ignore or if it is bad enough try and play mine just to the level I drown yours out...without disturbing you or others....if I can't do that well I'll just come hand you a beer and just say hey can ya do me a little favour..
5. If your dog or child wanders in my campsite....please don't chastise 'em using me as the reason.....without checking if it bothers me first...it won't...(and I know your trying to be polite) ...please don't...I've never met a kid or dog I didn't like (other than the flower child at my sister's wedding)....and they are always welcome.
6. If you need help of any kind.....please please please come let us know we will do everything in our power to do what we can...
7. If it looks like we could use some help and we won't ask (which we probably won't)....oh please do come and ask if ya can help
8. If I've done or said something wrong...well I honestly am not being rude trashy or just plain inconsiderate...it's just I can't figure out the million billion things that people have 'rules' about...but please let me know and I'll do what I can...
9. If ya want a fire but don't have any wood and don't won't to pay the ridiculous price for wood at the campground...and we have fire...please come ask us if we have a fire going chances are we can share..
10. And last but not least.....if you have spent a twelve hour day on a friday and busted your butt to get your darling family to the campground before daylight so you can spend quality time...'CAMPING'...don't worry about waking me up just keep it short and sweet within your 'expertise'....and believe what little sleep I've lost well.....what can that just can't compare to a family having quality time...
