Well last night at our local track Montgomery Motor Speedway we had an unexpected entry to the 1st Late model race in some 2 1/2 years. I am working on the crash crew for the track and I hear that Awsome Bill from Dawsonville is at our track. Well since I am on the crash truck and need to check out the cars window nets/harnesses so I know how to operate them should someone crash I walk on over and get Bill to sign my MMS ball cap. He is a great guy and very nice. I must say he looks as if he could still run a full schedule today. His son Chase Elliott age 13 finished second in the big race. They raced in the Carolina's on Friday and decided to come on over to Alabama and run another race. They have one beautiful rig and Bill was the driver naturally.:cool::cool:
