Quiet around here...

Sure is quiet around here on TALLedega weekend!

I do this every year... watch the DVR'd practice Friday night and am like "OH man why didn't I plan to go to Dega" because man, the track, the weather.. everything looks sweeeet. Those first few minutes of practice were almost as good as the race.

This is our first time at Dega. Words can't discribe what this place is like. We are on the Blvd and the nightly P rade is unbeleivable. Sure glad we decided to do this. Sure do like the friendly folks of the south ya all really know how to have a good time !!!!!

oh here i am!!! this is the first chance i have had to post since thursday! we had our pot luck dinner tonight with all the forum gang...there were 19 of us! here is a pic (if i can get it to work). if it doesn't show up i will try again tomorrow.

wish everyone was here with us! here at M & N campground we are having a blast!

Great pic Judy! Recognize a few of you. Wish we were there, Wendy says this every 'dega race but it's such a long drive for us and so many races, not enough vacation days. But I think I am going to have to put it back on the calendar next year! Have a great time!

On the plus side, the weather here at home improved! Managed to open up the trailer before the big storms hit! LOL. At least we got 6 or so hours of 80 deg temps!

Chief those are great pics. I know when you came back to the campsite that evening you were pumped about the ride. Yes I was with the group. We had a wonderful time. I am hoping to get my pics download in the near future. Waiting on the pics to get back to me. Wayne & Sherry hope to see you all at Kentucky Speedway next month for the Nationwide race.
