The oven in our RV is not working. :( It is not getting propane to the oven burners or the pilot. Stove top is working fine. We tried to use the oven a couple of weeks ago and discovered it would not work. To my knowledge the oven has never been used, it's about 2 years old. What could the problem be and what do I need to do to fix it? :?:
Thanks

Wayne,
I had a simular problem on my stove. It wouldn't hold the pilot on. I slid the unit out just a tad to get at the screws on the sides and took the front plate off behind the knobs (Its the only way to get to the pilot adjustment). Just behind the oven knob is the pilot adjustment, there is a small screw and I just adjusted it a bit to get the pilot light to stay on.

Now when I just turn on the propane I have to bleed my lines of air before I can get my range to light. I can hear the air coming out and I wait a few minutes then try to light it off.

Thanks, I will give that a try. I don't hear air or gas coming out. Thanks Chief!

Mine is also hard to lite the pilot. I have to push the knob "in" and hold it while holding the lighter on the pilot lite under the burner. I can see the pilot lite up but have to hold the knob in for a minute or two until it heats up enough to allow the pilot to stay on.

Spider nest in the lines? Get a pipe cleaner and make sure the "ports" are clear. Some times those little boogers like to block up the pipes with their younguns....
