Four Wide Nationals

:cool: Anyone going to the NHRA - Four Wide Nationals on March 23-25th @ ZMax Dragway, next to Charlotte Motor Speedway? Can't wait to see four Top-Fuelers racing side by side the entire weekend. Should be a blast!

Not sure I like this, seems like just a gimick. It would be ok if it was a non-points race.
But it should be "interesting" to say the least.

Does seem gimmicky IMO. I've been going to the US Nationals in Indy since '90.

I'd love to attend the US Nationals. I tried to plan a trip out to Indy last year, I just could not get anyone of my friends to make the trip.

The Four Wide race might be considered a gimmick. However, I just can't wait to feel the power and sound of Four Top-Fuel cars pounding the ground at the same time! :cool:

Yes, that is on my Bucket List, going to Indy. Along with Bristol (both drag strip and the oval)
Been going to the Winternationals since '71, got to spend all 4 days there this year. The "Golden Corral" with all the old cars was really neat.
If you have not been to the Vegas track, it is sweet, recommend trying to make it there.

If you ever decide to make the trip to Indy, the Raceview Campground is across the road from the track (west side). A 10 minute walk to the grandstands.

I plan on making the trip to Indy this year! The 4 wide is definitely something I'm going to have to make a trip out and see!
