Maine's Spud Speedway

I just heard a rumor that NASCAR's Ricky Craven has purchased Spud Speedway in northern Maine. Craven apparently has big plans for the facility. Spud Speedway is home for a 1/3-mile paved oval, located next to the Loring AFB near Caribou. :shock:

Hear this past weekend (Sept. 2009) that new management are going to reopen Spud Speedway, anyone else hear the details?
