Just received our new fiberglass flag pole, appears to be of better quality than the pole it will replace. :D

Do you use a flag pole and if so what do you use, bought or home made? :?:

Hey Fundy, let us know how it works out!

We where at Talladega last year when the 2 guys died, it was a sad day :cry:

From then on, metal poles became illegal, you should have seen what some guys where doing to " trick" track officials, by buying pvc plastic pipe and cutting it into sections to place around the metal pole :lol:

One guy was going to use an axe.....I told him that might not work :shock:

Are you using a hitch or tire mount?

nascarcamping we saw the posts on the 2 guys that touched hydro lines with their metal flag pole last year. :cry:

We have a 5er and have a bumper mount, but I will have to have the mount modified as the new pole is larger in diameter.

I like that mounting system that they had for the ladder, I have never seen that before, did you see that?

Yes I have have seen the ladder mount before, if you use the mont near the top of the ladder you get to raise you flag even higher.
Place the mount on your ladder 6 feet from the ground and your 22' flag pole is now 28' in the air :D

I bought a flag from Telepoleusa.com also...got the NASCAR special...you get a 16' or 22' pole with your choice of NASCAR driver flag and an American (perhaps they could throw in a Canadian) flag...It was right at 114.00 dollars including shipping. That included the Wheel Stand, and/or offer the hitch adapter as part of the combo. I got it really fast and screwed up my order online and called them then next day and they seemed like genuinely nice people. Would order from them again in a heartbeat!!
