Camping at PIR

Older brother doesn't get around very good and I would like to take him to his very first nascar race. Any suggestions and advise would be greatly appreciated. Looking for tkts and reserved parking if possible.

I saw some tickets on Craigs list this morning. The reserved camping will be hard to get , but unreserved is not a problem. If you get to PIR early in the week you can get an unreserved spot fairly close to the track. There is a very good tram system that runs from the unreserved spots to the track so if you set up near a tram stop you would only need to walk to the tram stop for a ride to the track and from the tram stop to your seats. The Allison section is the closest seats to the Tram stop at the track. I have never been to PIR that you couldn't find tickets from scalpers or fellow race fans that needed to sell. Most of the time there are people along the road comming to the track that sell tickets . Can't speak to the price or type of seat . The Truck race and Bush race never sell out so you can get seats for them at the ticket booth. Good luck
