contacts within NASCAR

Son will graduate in 08 with a major in marketing and minor in communications, he's a big NASCAR fan, and is going to target that industry for a job. He has several contacts but is always looking for more. If anyone knows anyone who would pass his resume along, we'd love to hear from you. He's willing to do just about anything (he's also considering attending the 5 ON 5 OFF pit stop school too)

There are a lot of tracks that have internships, like Daytona, this might be a good place to start at, I would suggest an ISC track, or the other guys, this way he can grow and move around the country also if needed/wanted.

Has your son contacted the Nascar Institute in Charlotte. I have a friend on my Myspace page that works there and he is also the front tire changer on David's Truck.

recently found out that a neighbor is a close relative of a member of the 20 team, and from them my son was able to get a phonebook size list of contacts, now the resumes are being sent out!

He hasn't contacted the Nascar Institute, but he knows about 5 On 5 Off (the pit stop school), we spent some time there on our week long Nascar adventre in NC, and its something he may consider after he graduates from college if nothing else comes up.
